Breakup Coach, Founder of Ally Unger Coaching, And  Speaker

Healing Conversation #1145

— When you end a relationship, whether your ex-partner ended the relationship or you ended the relationship, it's usually not easy. It can be a challenge to move on from a breakup when you reminisce about the good times you had together. The feelings you are experiencing right now are normal - whether you are feeling lonely, humiliated, rejected, disconnected, disappointed, or even relieved. In this episode, Ally explains the healing process after heartbreak and how to transmute negative emotions and experiences and leveling up.

Valeria interviews Ally Unger — Ally Unger is a breakup coach who helps individuals who are navigating a relationship breakup or are looking to part with their careers.

Ally understands that ending a relationship or career can feel like you’re floating between two worlds; she assists her clients with navigating the messy middle of breakups—the space between where they were and where they would like to be. Ally believes major life transitions, such as a relationship breakup or career change, are powerful opportunities for growth and personal development. Ally takes an action-oriented approach to coaching that involves goal setting, personal and professional branding, and personal development.

Ally also works as a pre-licensed mental health therapist in the state of Minnesota with individuals ages 14 to 64 who are living with various mental health issues, including anxiety and depressive disorders, substance use disorders, trauma, eating disorders, mood and personality disorders, and gender dysphoria. Prior to entering the mental health field, Ally spent 10 years working in various Human Resources and Talent Acquisition environments and industries, including healthcare, behavioral/mental healthcare, manufacturing, commercial real estate, and non-profit organizations.

Please note that while Ally draws upon her clinical knowledge in her work with clients, she is not treating mental illness, and her services are best suited for individuals who are not presently living with a serious mental illness. Her services are beneficial for those who are looking for an action-oriented approach to personal development that involves alternative methods of personal growth.

Ally recommends scheduling a free 30-minute consultation call to determine which services are a better fit: https://allyungercoaching.com/book-with-me

If it is determined that therapy services are more appropriate, she will provide you with resources and guidance on selecting a therapist in your area.
